Product Information

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Mascot costumes are handmade, so the final product may differ slightly from product photos in color shade, detail placement, or finish. Such reasonable variations are normal for made-to-order costume production and are not defects.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a substitute, a different production time, or a refund.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is placed. Optional features such as custom colors, custom sizes, and accessories are priced separately on the product page.

Orders and Order Confirmation

An order placed on the website is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, where production capacity, product availability, or shipping restrictions make fulfillment impractical) and will refund any payment taken in that case.

Payment

Payment is taken through third-party payment providers at checkout. Your order enters production after payment is received.

Customization Requests

Custom colors, facial feature adjustments, logo printing, and personalized character modifications are available on request. Custom requirements may affect the final price and production time. Details should be provided in the Custom Requirements field or discussed with customer service before production begins.

Customer-Provided Logos and Images

If you provide logos, artwork, or reference images, you confirm that you own the rights to use them or have permission from the rights holder. You accept full intellectual property responsibility for materials you supply.

Custom Design Approval and Production

For customized orders, we may share design details for confirmation before production. Production begins once your requirements are confirmed. Carefully review all order details before confirming, because changes may not be possible once production has started.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates

Delivery times on our website are estimates, not guarantees. Total delivery time equals processing time plus shipping time. See our Shipping & Delivery page for current estimates.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Our products are made to order. Cancellation and return rights therefore depend on whether production has started and whether the product is customized. Please read our Return, Refund & Cancellations page, which forms part of these terms.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will work with you on a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, accurate customization details (including measurements for custom sizes), and for reviewing our size guides before ordering.

Limitation of Liability
