Shipping & Delivery

Every mascot costume is made to order. Below is how processing and shipping work so you know what to expect.

Processing Time

3–7 business days — production and quality check before your order leaves the workshop. Customized orders (custom colors, logos, or custom sizes) may need the full processing window.

Shipping Time

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. For example, an order shipped with DHL Express typically arrives about 6–14 business days after purchase. Delivery estimates may vary by destination, customs clearance, local carrier, weather, and holidays. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send tracking information to the email address on the order so you can follow the shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We ship to the address entered on the order, and correcting an address after dispatch may not be possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Most countries and regions can be shipped to. For supported destinations, duties and taxes are included (DDP shipping where applicable), so you should not normally be charged additional customs duties or taxes at delivery. Delivery estimates vary by destination.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If a carrier cannot deliver (for example, an incorrect address or an unclaimed shipment), the package may be returned or held at the local carrier. Additional shipping costs for re-dispatch caused by address errors may be the customer's responsibility.

Remote Areas

Some remote destinations may require extra transit time or limited service options. If your address is affected, we will contact you after you order.
